We had an absolutely amazing stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Trabzon. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of Trabzon and the Black Sea, making every moment special. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious, fresh, and high-quality options. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the beautiful scenery was truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Mr. Izzet Ekşi, the General Manager, for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. His dedication to guest satisfaction is clearly reflected in the excellent service provided by the entire team. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had, and we highly recommend Radisson Blu Trabzon to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to returning again soon!
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! This is not a 5 stars hotel, i have been to many 5 stars hotel around the world, but this was one my worst experience Ive ever had. The breakfast was very limited and not what you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. The staff were rude and unprofessional. The kitchen staff were standing in the middle of the breakfast area talking to each and laugh loudly. The staff were not welcoming and acted like they were doing us a favor. The rooms were average. They were clean, but nothing special. I will never stay at this hotel again, or at any Radisson Blu hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very disappointing breakfast We have been stayed in this hotel 11 nights and I can say this is the very disappointing breakfast experience I've seen in a 5-star hotel. The pastry is old, dry, simit was everyday old and hard. All juices were commercials and not fresh pressed which is unacceptable for 5 Radisson blu standard — guests are expected to squeeze oranges themselves using a old fashioned manual machine. which feels more like a low-budget breakfast buffet. Guests even have to crack their own hazelnuts and walnuts, which is inconvenient and far below the service standards expected from a 5 stars hotel. Rooms are moderate far away from the Radisson blu standard... Location of the hotel is excellent for the ones who have their own cars otherwise the hotel is far away from the city center. Staff have communication problems the most of them didn't speak English!!!
My stay was great for my honeymoon. I would like to manager Selma for her efforts and support. Also, I would like to thank Samet from reception and Bariș from reception. They did great efforts to make my stay great and very happy. Much appreciated.
first i want to thanks the reception Ms.Esra for her unlimited help during my stay. I want also to thanks Ms.Esra again to make our days extension in the hotel more easy. Also i want to thanks Ms.Dalma who helped us in the night when we arrived from Ozungol and Ayder and she helped us to get our needs fast. despite my 5 stars review which indeed deserved, but i have some points needs to be addressed , first housekeeping never cleaned the room while i was absent, never vacuumed the room as well.(only changing the toils, emptying the dust bin and replenish the coffee, and when i informed the reception they offered me to send the housekeeping immediately but we were tired from our journey so i do not want at that late)ALSO replenishing the water. at least replenishing with one big bottle instead of small one esp because we are family. in the end this hotel has all the criteria to deserve to be 5 stars. i had the breakfast in the hotel, also i want to thanks the staff for being too much kind and helpful, the food was excellent and deserve the 5 stars review.
