TRAVELMIX CANCELLATION POLICY

Travelmix Inc. (“Travelmix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values transparency and simplicity in all transactions. This Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures regarding hotel booking cancellations and membership subscriptions made through www.travelmix.com (the “Website”).

1. HOTEL BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1 Hotel-Specific Terms

Each hotel listing on Travelmix is subject to its own cancellation and refund policy, which is clearly stated at the time of booking.

1.2 Refundable Bookings

• If your booking is refundable, you may cancel within the timeframe specified by the hotel.

• Travelmix does not charge any cancellation fees on refundable bookings.

• A full refund will be processed in accordance with the hotel’s policy.

1.3 Non-Refundable Bookings

• If your booking is non-refundable, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

• Travelmix cannot override or appeal non-refundable policies imposed by hotels or suppliers.

1.4 How to Cancel

To cancel a refundable reservation:

• Log into your Travelmix account

• Go to My Bookings and follow the prompts to cancel

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once cancellation is successful

2. NO-SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES

• Failing to check in without prior cancellation is considered a no-show and may result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.

• If you leave the hotel before your scheduled check-out date, no refunds will be issued for unused nights.

3. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of natural disasters, government travel bans, or verified health emergencies, Travelmix will work with the hotel or supplier to advocate on your behalf. However, refunds or exceptions are not guaranteed, especially for non-refundable bookings.

4. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Month-to-Month Membership

• Travelmix memberships are month-to-month, with no long-term contracts.

• You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

4.2 No Refunds for Partial Months

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• If you cancel your membership mid-cycle, no refund or credit will be issued for the remaining days of that month.
